Robert E. Lyons, RN
Bob Lyons is an accomplished operating executive who specializes in all aspects of hospital and home care operations. He is a former Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) and COO with more than 30 years' experience helping hospitals and health systems manage their productivity standards, keep costs down, develop standards and targets, identify measures of success, establish accountabilities and more. He is often called upon to assist with the implementation of engagement recommendations because he consistently provides realistic and actionable plans for improvement.
