Implementation Support

Insight provides hands-on support to help you implement performance improvement initiatives or to complete special projects if you don't have the time or sufficient resources to do so on your own.

We can help you to develop, correct, adjust or streamline processes by creating an implementation framework that remains in place long after our support consultant (or team) has left.

Our Implementation Support services offer you the following advantages:

In the past year, Insight consultants have served in implementation support roles to:

• Assist a client develop a data room as part of the process of evaluating potential affiliation opportunities
• Work on front-end processes, develop a policy and procedure manual, and train employees as part of an overall revenue cycle project
• Provide financial support for a new CFO who needed extra help to analyze service line opportunities and develop better financial reporting systems
• Support a new nurse executive in a review of productivity standards and expectations and work with staff to change internal processes
